Israel Hacks Hezbollah Communication Devices Across Lebanon, Over 2,000 Injured in Explosions

Israel has reportedly conducted a large-scale cyber operation targeting Hezbollah’s communication devices and phones throughout Lebanon. The operation, which hacked into communication systems used by the militant group, resulted in the detonation of numerous pagers and devices, causing injuries to over 2,000 Hezbollah members.

The attack also injured Iran's ambassador to Lebanon, further escalating tensions in the region. Israeli intelligence is believed to have orchestrated the operation as part of its ongoing efforts to weaken Hezbollah’s capabilities.

The explosions, which primarily targeted Hezbollah’s network infrastructure, have crippled the group's communication abilities. As the situation develops, the number of those injured is expected to rise, and authorities are still assessing the extent of the damage.

Iran and Hezbollah have yet to release an official response to the incident, but the attack is likely to exacerbate already high tensions between Israel, Hezbollah, and their regional allies.
