JUST IN: Governor Fubara Directs Heads of LG Administration to Take Over All 23 LGAs in Rivers State

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has ordered the Heads of Local Government Administration (HLGAs) to immediately assume control of all 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs) following the expiration of the tenure of elected council chairmen.
