Governor Siminalayi Fubara Signs Rivers State’s N1.1 Trillion “Budget of Inclusive Growth & Development” into Law


Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has signed the 2025 Rivers State Appropriation Bill into law, marking a significant step toward the state’s development goals. The budget, tagged the “Budget of Inclusive Growth & Development,” is valued at an estimated N1.1 trillion.

In a statement shared via his official Twitter account, Governor Fubara expressed gratitude to the Rivers State House of Assembly for their diligence in passing the bill and commended his executive team for their steadfast commitment to service delivery.

“This budget is a blueprint for a prosperous year ahead,” Governor Fubara stated. “It focuses on key sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure, ensuring that no one is left behind in our journey to make Rivers State great again.”
